Upload Policy

What's accepted:

• Root solutions: Magisk, KernelSU, SukiSU, SukiSU Ultra, APatch, FolkPatch — official releases or clearly-labeled forks/builds you maintain.
• Kernels and boot images you have the right to distribute.
• Xposed and LSPosed modules.

What's not accepted:

• Malware, or anything that behaves differently from what it claims to do.
• Pirated or cracked commercial apps.
• Anything you don't have the right to redistribute.

Review process: every submission is held as "pending" and checked before it's published — file type, a malware scan, and a basic sanity check that it is what it claims to be. Rejected files are deleted, not just hidden. Files over 100MB currently aren't supported; that cap will move as the upload pipeline grows.

DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe content hosted on KernelForge infringes your copyright, send a notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or filename of the material on KernelForge.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

This page is a starting template, not legal advice — I'm not a lawyer. Two things worth doing before this goes live: fill in a real contact address above, and register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (a small fee, done through their online system) — that registration is what actually gets you safe-harbor protection for user-submitted files, this page alone doesn't. Worth a quick pass by an actual lawyer if you want to be thorough.
