Review process: every submission is held as "pending" and checked before it's published — file type, a malware scan, and a basic sanity check that it is what it claims to be. This page is a starting template, not legal advice — I'm not a lawyer. Two things worth doing before this goes live: fill in a real contact address above, and register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (a small fee, done through their online system) — that registration is what actually gets you safe-harbor protection for user-submitted files, this page alone doesn't. Worth a quick pass by an actual lawyer if you want to be thorough.
